Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 2carrots
  3. Boiled beans
  4. Onion
  5. Garlic
  6. 1/2cucumber
  7. 1/2capsicum
  8. Coconut cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the rice in salty water and a tbspn of oil.

  2. 2

    Fry your onions add garlic and tomatoes. Add chopped cucumber and coriander. Add coconut cream and beans. Fry then add 1 cup of water. Cook till ready. Serve with boiled rice
