Ingredients

  • 250 gBhune chane (roasted chana)
  • 3 tbspAlsi
  • 3 tbspKhaskhas
  • 100 gmBadam
  • 50 gmKharbuje ka beej (melon seeds)
  • 50 gmWhite till (sesame)
  • 50 gm phool makhana
  • 3 tbspSaunf
  • 1/2 kgSugar
  • as neededGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan pour ghee and heat it.

  2. 2

    Roast all the ingredients and grind them.

  3. 3

    Put all the ingredient in it and cook it on sim flame for 20 minutes. At last mix sugar.

  4. 4

    Put this in a plate and keep it for 15 minutes. Then cut it in burfi shape.
