Steps

  1. 1

    Break the coconut remove water.

  2. 2

    Remove the meat from shell n grate.

  3. 3

    Place in a blender and pulse for a few times.

  4. 4

    Roast in low heat until its completely dry and there is no moisture left.

  5. 5

    Store in a airtight container n use for cooking n baking.
