Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsBesan(gram flour)
  2. 2 tspSalt
  3. 1/2 tspAsafoetida
  4. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 50 gramsMustard oil for making dough
  6. 500 gmsmustard oil for deep frying
  7. 1 tspCarrom seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add gram flour. Salt red chilli powder carom seeds and oil mix well. Add water in small quantities make a hard dough

    Make small balls of this dough

  3. 3

    Roll them

  4. 4

    Prick them with fork or knife.

  5. 5

    Deep fry
