Break your eggs in a clean bowl....beat them with a fork till frothy

For a smooth egg roll,strain your egg mixture

Cut your vegetables into tiny pieces.. Add them to the egg mixture with your spices,herbs and salt

Heat your pan and add a little oil...pour in half of the egg mixture... Spread it so that it is thin
- 5
Fold it....and pour the remaining half...fold again till it is entirely rolled
- 6
Cut and serve
