Dice up Onion into small pieces and add to a saucepan with the oil. Start to brown and add the minced beef. Stir gently until all the meat has browned.Add tomatoes, Garlic and reduce.

Remove the bottom part of the stalk of the cabbage, then pull off about 8-10 leaves, depending on the size.

Using a slotted spoon, to drain most of the liquid off, place spoonful of meat mix into centre of a leaf, wrap it around, and secure using cocktail sticks

Place in an oven tray and bake in medium hot oven for about 15-20 minutes until cabbage is cooked. Serve and enjoy!
