Ingredients

  • 250 gmpeas
  • 300 gmPaneer
  • 3-4onion Finley chooped
  • 2tomatoes paste
  • 1 1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tspDeghi Mirchi
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspcumin and coriander powder
  • 3-4Green chilli
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • as neededCoriander leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspfresh cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadai, put onions as oil is heat and cook them until become brown, add ginger garlic paste and cook for another 3-4 mint's.

    Add tomatoes paste and green chilli cook for 4 mints, add all dry masala and cook until oil becomes up on masala

  3. 3

    Add Matters in it and cook for some time

    Add water according how much gravy you want and cook for 10-15 mints or until matter becomes soft add 1 spoon malai and mix it with slow flame off gas
