Ingredients

30 minutes
  • 1 cupMung dal dhooli
  • 1 cuprice
  • 5boiled potatoes slightly mashed
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1/2 tspGinger chopped
  • as needednutri nuggets crushed and soaked
  • 1/2 tspgreen chilli chopped
  • as neededFresh coriander
  • 2chopped tomatoes
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder and garam masala
  • 4 tbsp oil

Steps

30 minutes

    Soaked daal and rice overnight

  2. 2

    Grind to a fine paste. Keep aside

    Heat 2 tablespoon oil, saute onion, green chilies, tomatoes

  4. 4

    And ginger. Add soya soaked and all the spices, cook for 5 minutes. Add boiled potatoes slightly mashed and cook again. Add coriander.Stuffing is ready Heat a non stick

    Heat a non stick tawa. Spread little bit oil. Spread a laddleful of deal mixture on this. Cool on both sides

    Cook till golden brown

    Put stuffing on this and serve with sauce of your choice
