Heat a wok add daliya and moong daal

Dry roast and keep aside

Now heat oil add cumin seed bay leaf and hing

Add ginger paste and cumin coriander powder and saute well

Add red chilli Powder and mix well

Now add the roasted daliya and moong dal mix well

Add water and simmer till everything get cooked well

Add sugar and tomato sauce and mix well

Serve it with fried vegetables
