  • Olive oil
  • 1small onion
  • 1 teaspoonpaprika
  • 1/2 pintcider
  • 2chorizo sausages, sliced

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions and chorizo until browned

  2. 2

    Add paprika and cider and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes

    Serve with bread
