1/2 stickbutter, melted
1 3/4 cupflour
2 teaspoonsbaking powder
1/2 teaspoonsalt, cut in half for low sodium
1 3/4 cupmilk
1/4 cupvegetable oil or applesauce
3eggs, separate yolks and white
2 tbspsugar, use for egg whites

Mix dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, and salt

Add milk, oil or applesauce, melted butter and egg yolks. Mixed with mixmaster.

Whip egg whites with sugar until peaks form

Fold in egg whites. Do not overmix.
