Kesar Pistachio Phirni Tart

Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes. pound it in coarse paste.

In a pan add milk and coarse rice paste. in another bowl soak kesar. constantly stir until rice is cooked and phirni is in thick consistency.

Add kesar and chopped dry fruits.

Take butter in a bowl. Add icing sugar. mix it until light and fluffy.

Add flour to it. Form short crust pastry dough by adding 1 tbsp cold water.

Roll it in tart tins. Press properly on both sides. Pinch with fork. Bake it on 180 for 15 minutes.

Cool the tart once done. Add phirni to it. Serve yummy phirni tartlets..
