Steps

Mix the bean grains and maize grains together and soak in cold water for an hour.

Put the mixture in a cooking pot add enough water and boil for a few hours.

Once the grains are well cooked, in a separate pot, put enough cooking oil and fry the onions.

Add your garlic and cook for a while before adding tomatoes and other spices
- 5
Add the mixture and allow it to simmer.
- 6
Serve hot with your preferred vegetable and drink.
