Steps

Boil water and sugar and keep it aside once the sugar has dissolved and boiled for 2 mins

In a different pan Put in the margarine/butter /ghee
- 3
Put the flour inside the margarine and keep on stirring do not stop stirring..keep stirring until the flour starts to change color to golden brown

Once the flour and oil mixture is cooked pour in the water sugar mixture slowly as you keep stirring...

Keep stirring until yoou have finished the water and now the mixture should look heavy and thick continue stirring for the next 3 minutes and take it out. And serve yourself

You can keep it for a few days even unfrigerated and it won't be spoilt...all the best
