Ingredients

  • 2 bowlsCooked Rice
  • 1 1/2 bowlCurd
  • 1 TspSalt
  • 1 TspRai
  • 1 TspUrad dal
  • 8-10Curry Pata
  • 2Green chillies
  • 2Whole Red Chillies
  • 1 TbspGhee / oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and mix rice and curd. Add salt if there is no salt in rice. Mix and keep aside.

    Now for tempering. Take a tadka pan and add ghee. Heat. Add rai, Urad dal. Let the dal change colour. Add green chillies, red chillies and curry Pata.

    Pour this tadka on rice and mix.
