  • Rice
  • Vegetable oil
  • Tomatoes
  • Yellow pepper
  • Curry
  • Tumeric
  • Salt
  • Chicken
  • Ripe plantain

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboiled the rice.

  2. 2

    Sauce the chicken with tumeric, curry,Salt,onion.

  3. 3

    Add your vegetable oil, onion, tomato paste.

  4. 4

    Add your spices, allow to boil for 10mins and add your parboiled rice. Lower the heat to avoid it from burning.

  5. 5

    Fry your chicken and ripe plantain.
