Steps

Put water in a pot allow to boil, pour the rice to parboil, wash and set aside in a collender

While the rice is boiling, roughly Blend the tomatoes pepper and some onions

In a clean pot, add the vegetable oil and allow to bleach, add chopped onions to the oil

Add the blended pepper and tomatoes, fry for some minutes

Add the crayfish and allow to fry a little again

Add water, seasonings and allow to boil again

Add the parboiled rice, curry,spring onion, make sure the water is same level with the rice, cover and continue cooking in a medium heat

When it is almost done, put sliced onions cover to steam for 3-4 minutes.

For the moi moi

Soack beans in water for some minutes, wash and remove the shaft

Soack for another 10-15minutes to be soft

Wash the pepper, onion, garlic pour in your beans add dried crayfish and blend to be smooth

Add vegetable oil and seasonings, mix well grease the moi moi containers with oil

Cut your boiled eggs to your desired size and put in each container

Put in a pot or steamer and steam in a medium heat till done.
