  • 4 piecesUnripe plantain
  • Salt
  • 1/4 cupRed oil
  • 1/2 cupCrayfish
  • 2 cubesMaggi
  • 1Onion
  • 3red pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut plantain in a pot,put onion(sliced),salt,red pepper,maggi cubes,red oil,blended crayfish and boil cover very well.

  2. 2

    After 15minutes boiling with medium heat stir with a spartula and cover back boil for 10minutes stir and porriage is ready.
