Ingredients

  • 1 kgtomatoes puré
  • 50 gmdried sage
  • 300 gmonions (dices or puré)
  • 3 dllemon juice
  • 100 gmbrown sugar
  • 1 tablespoonsalt
  • 1 tablespoonBlack pepper
  • 500 mlwater
  • 1 dlolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the pot add in the olive oil and the onions. Stir well cook until the onions looks golden colour then add in the tomatoes puré, cook for 20min

  2. 2

    Stir well and add in the rest of the ingredients. Continue to cook around 30min until the water is reduced. Then is ready to served.
