Steps

Take a flour add 2 oil or salt make a soft dough. Keep a side rest for 15 minutes.

Take a mashed potato add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, green chilli chopped. Make a stuffing.

Make a small puri, add a spoonful filling in the center. making a small puri (kachori).

Deep fry kachori in refaind oil on medium heat. Till crispy.

Tasty kachori is ready serve with curd or coriander chutney..
