Wash babycorn well leave for 5 mins. Rinse them well under running water.

Cut them into two pieces make a thick or thin batter using plain flour,cornflour,salt and pepper,red chilli powder and ginger,garlic paste adding little water.dip the babycorn and fry in hot oil until golden and crisp.set them aside.

Heat a pan with oil on a high heat.then saute ginger garlic and chilli until it turns fragrant.

Add onions and saute for 2 to 3 mins until golden. Saute ball peppers as well for 2 to 3 mins.

Next add soya sauce,vinegar,tomato sauce,chilli sauce8

Pour little water and cook until the sauce thickens to make babycorn Manchurian gravy,add 1 tsp cornflour to a small bowl mix it with 3 to 4 tbsp water and pour it to the pan allow sauce to cook and thicken

Add pepper and taste the sauce. If desired add more sauces.

Add fried babycorn toss well. Baby corn manchurian is ready to serve.
