3 1/2 tbspsugar
120 gliquid milk
1 tbspbutter
1 tspsalt

Proof yeast by melting butter, then adding milk and egg, then add yeast and sugar and cover for 5mins

Mix flour and salt together,add in yeast mixture and knead till well kneaded, cover and let rise for 1hr, cut into doughnut shapes, cover and let rise for 30mins, fry in veg.oil
