This is popular teatime snack and it is crisp and crunchy deep fried snack. Chakri are traditionally made in maharastra in and gujarati family and prepared during diwali festival.
Steps

Combine all the ingredients except butter and water. Mix well.

Heat the butter or oil to flour mixture mix your finger trips with the flour.

Add hot water to the flour mixture mix with a spoon.
- 4
Knead into medium soft dough. Put the dough into the greased chakri mould.
- 5
And put the star shape bolane into it. Move in rounds in special shape on butter paper.
- 6
Deep fry chakri in hot oil on a medium flame till golden.
- 7
Cool and store in airtight container.
