Set the ingredients together

Cream the shortening and add in the two tbs of water

Gradually add in the sugar

Mix everything to form the right buttercream consistency. If too hard, add in some water

Once the consistency is right, place in piping bag and practice away

Once done, store in an airtight container. You can use it again to perfect your decoration.
