Steps

Melt the butter in a blow, break and add the egg beat together until well mixed

Mix the milk with water in a separate cup

Add flour, sugar and milk to the number one mixture and beat till mixture is smooth

Put flying pan on the fire rub with oil

Pour little of the mixture allow the spread round the pan note that you fly on a very low heat to avoid burning

When one side is golden brown, turn the other side to get brown too, remove from heat

You can serve with honey, or wrap with sausage
