Ingredients

३-४
  • १/२ कटोरी बिना छिलके की उरद दाल
  • १ कटोरी मूंगदाल
  • २ बङ़ी प्याज
  • १ छोटी गांठ अदरक
  • ४-५ हरी मिर्च
  • १/२ कटोरी हरी धनिया
  • १०-१२ पीस काजू
  • नमक स्वादानुसार
  • रिफाइंड तेल

Steps

  1. 1

    दोनो दाल को मिलाकर ५-६ घंटे भिगों कर रख दे।

  2. 2

    प्याज को काट लें।

  3. 3

    हरी मिर्च को महीन-२ काट लें।

  4. 4

    हरी धनिया को महीन-2 काट लें।

  5. 5

    अदरक को कद्दूकस से घिस लें।

  6. 6

    काजू को छोटे-छोटे टुकङो में काट लें।

  7. 7

    दाल को मिक्सी से पीस ले, फिर उसे एक कटोरे मे निकालकर अच्छी तरह फेंट लें और उसे 10:00 मिनट के लिए रख दें।

  8. 8

    दाल में कटी हुई सामग्री को मिला दे और उसमें स्वादानुसार नमक मिला दे।

  9. 9

    और दोबारा से अच्छी तरह फेंट लें।

  10. 10

    फिर एक कढ़ाई में तेल गर्म करें और उसमें पकौड़ी डालें फिर मध्यम आंच में उसको तलें।

  11. 11

    सास,टमाटर चटनी या फिर हरी चटनी के साथ परोसे।
