  • 1/2 table spoonYeast
  • clovesGinger and
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Seasoning
  • Onion and dried pepper
  • Oil for deep fraying

    Soak millet with hot water for about 30 minutes,wash and remove stones, sand and other particles..

  2. 2

    Heat oil and scoop the batter using kitchen spoon,when the edges turn golden brown flip until perfectly done. Serve with ground kuli-kuli or spicy pepper.
