Khaman dhokla

Take a bowl add oil, sugar, warm water,turmeric powder, lemon juice mix it well then add besan whisk till smooth texture at least 5 min with whisker rest it for 10 min aside

Then turn on the gas get ready for steam preheat the steamer

Then take a mixture of besan add baking powder and eno whisk it

Then grease the dhokla plate or thali with oil pour the mixture

Then place plate or thali in a steamer steam for 20 min in medium flame

After dhokla is ready cool for 5 min cut the dhokla with knife

Then make a tempering heat the oil in a tadka pan add mustard seed after crackle of seed then add curry leaves and green chilli water then sugar boil for 1 min

Then pour and spread the tadka in a dhokla plate wait for 5 min then garnish with spread of chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut then dhokla is ready to serve

Texture of dhokla prefect spongy and soft
