Mix a little water with the egusi to make a lumps.Put a fridge to make it strong.

Place your pot on fire,add your palm oil,allow it to get hot,add the grinded pepper and tatashe and a little.

Wash your beef and ponmo,cook till it gets soft,keep the stock aside.

Add the beef stock to the fried ingredients,add the beef,ponmo,cray fish,stock fish,salt and seasoning.Add the lumpy egusi,cover and allow to cook on a low heat,add the bitter too.
