Chopped all vegetables onion, tomatoes, capsicum, carrots.

Boiled potatoes with 2 whistles and boiled other vegetables in cooker until done both on medium flame.

Grind ginger and garlic and add vinegar

Take butter in a Khadhi. Then add onion which we have chopped saute them properly. Add ginger, garlic paste. And saute little bit. Add tomatoes which we have chopped saute them properly. Add capsicum which we have chopped and other vegetables which we have boiled. Add salt as per taste and pav bhaji masala 1/4 spoon 1/4 spoon Lal mircha powder and add coriander leaves for decoration.
