Dal Palak Khichdi

Wash and soak dal for 1/2hr. Soak rice for 20 mins. Now take dal in cooker add salt turmeric and 1t.spoon oil make 4-5whistle. Cook rice add salt and ghee1t.spoon.

Now take abig handi pour dal not to beat only cooked dal add ginger chilli paste saltadd turmeric powder some chopped spinach mix well. 1/4cup water if needed. Add boiled rice again add spinach chopped mix and cook. on slow flame till it merjed. Approx. 5-7mins.

Now for Tadka:-Put a ghee on a pan add cuminseeds garam masala crushed garlic cloves garam masala and red chilli powder. and saute till garlic turn golden brown colour.

Note :-At serving time pour Tadka on dal palak rice and serve.

Tasty tempting delicious dal palak rice is ready to serve. With papad aachaar or roti.
