#Winter-Toolbar/likha and surati papdi is available in winter season. The delicious green masala used -corisnder leaves green garlic used in this recipe is truly delectable.

Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker/deep non stick pan add the dalchini and cloves and saute on a medium flame for 30 seconds.

Add the rice and mix well and saute on a medium flame for two more minutes.

Add the fresh toovar, surti papdi and green peas and mix well. Saute for a few seconds.

Add prepared paste, salt and water and mix gently.

Once the mixture comes to a boil close the lid and cook on a low flame for two whistle.

If you use a pan stirring occasionally.

Serve hot with a topping of ghee and served with masala curd.
