This is a Mexican cuisine, which is so easy to make. My niece actually saw it on Instagram but the the chef used vegetables instead of meat. I had to check google to find its name.

This is a Mexican cuisine, which is so easy to make. My niece actually saw it on Instagram but the the chef used vegetables instead of meat. I had to check google to find its name.

In a pan pour your mince meat, leave it cook until the water is drain and the color has changed to light brown. Set aside.

Cut your green, red pepper, scotch bonnet and spring onions. Add two tablespoon of oil in a pan and add the cut vegetables in the oil and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Pour the cook minced meat into the pan and continue stirring. Add the seasonings and spices to your taste. Turn off heat

Pick one of the tortilla bread spread some ketchup in the middle to form a circle, add the the grated cheese, then the minced meat and another layer of grated cheese

Fold the edge to cover half of the minced and repeat the same procedure to the other side. Fold it again to form a square.

Use a tissue to rub some oil on a non-stick pan and place your quesadilla on it. Flip it to the other side when it has started to turn light brown.

Cut it into half like a sandwich.
