Ingredients

250 gmcarrot cut in small strips
250 gmcauliflower cut in to thick strips
250 gmturnip cut in small squares
3 tsp yellow mustard seeds
2 glassWater as required
to tastesalt
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric
2 tspgreen garlic leaves finely chopped

Cut all veg.and wash them

Take 1 jar pour all veggies and all ingrideants
3

Then pour water and green garlic leaves and mix it together
4

After 3 days pickle was ready
