I am using readymade palak flour adding salt

Add 3 tbsp milk

Make semi soft dough and cover and keep for 15minutes

Mash Boiled potatoes and add all the spices

Make small.equal portion balls

Make equal portion of dough also

Roll like chapati and keep the stuffing in centre

And cover nicely

Roll paratha slowly the stuffing should not come out

Now ace the paratha on the tawa and keep.on low flame and cook from both side

Spread ghee on both the sides of paratha

And serve hot aloo palak paratha healthy and nutritious for breakfast serve paratha with curd, pickle and have this yummy paratha.
