Ingredients

1 GallonFresh Water (if you don't drink your tap water don't use it for this.)
1 CupKosher Salt
15Whole Pepper Corns
1/2 teaspoonCumin
1/2 CupBrown Sugar (dark or Light your choice)
1/2 teaspoonOregano
1Chipotle Pepper Chopped
1 teaspoonAdobo Sauce (what the Chipotle Pepper comes in)

Combine Water, Salt, Sugar, Adobo Sauce until everything is disolved and mixed together.

Add everything else.

I brine all pork for 4 or 5 hours.

I never brine ribs.
