Peel the potatoes and wash them

Cut them in pieces,for this shape

Put water in a bowl and add 2tspn of white vinegar,then dip the pieces of potatoes

Remove them when you are ready and put on a rack to drop some water

In a pan put the oil and heat till its ready,then put the pieces of potatoes

Leave it to cook,untill they become hard,then turn them from the other side to cook well

When they are ready,they sound hard and can be brown,remove them and out on a tray to cool,sprinkle some salt to taste.

Enjoy with kachumbari
