Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsAll Purpose Flour (Maida)
  2. 1/4 cupGram Flour (Besan)
  3. 250 gmsMargarine (remove 2 tbsp)
  4. 1 tspCummin (roasted then pounded)
  5. 1/2 tspBlackpepper Corns (pounded)
  6. 1/4 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients well then bind using water to soft dough, make small pingpong balls and roll into puris poke with fork then deep fry to golden brown. When cooled down store in airtight container
