Ingredients

  • 1big Avocado (peel, deseed and cut pcs)
  • 1/2 cupCondensed Milk
  • 1 cupFresh or Nestle Cream
  • 1 tspRose Essence
  • 2-3 cupsFruits chopped (Banana, Orange, Mango and Grapes

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend avocado, condensed milk, fresh cream and rose easence to smooth cream, pour in a serving bowl then add chopped fruits grapes can keep as it is.
    When serving can top up with whip cream rosette.

    NB: 2 cups whip cream, beat with 1 tablespoon icing sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for topping the dessert.
