Chicken-mu / Pickled Korean Radish

I got the recipe from Maangchi and modified it a bit. It is usually eaten with Korean fried chicken thus the name. Personally I have never tried Korean fried chicken but yesterday I saw fresh and nice local radish at the market so I bought them.

So here goes this pickled radish. For Maangchi recipe please head out to her website. Basically It is 1 part of sugar, 1 part of vinegar and 3 parts of water.

Hope you give this recipe a try.
