Twin rice in kpomo and beef sauce

Parboil rice and wash. Set water on fire then add the 2 tablespoon vegetable oil and salt and allow to boil before adding rice to cook.

For the sauce, cook and season beef and kpomo and set aside.

In a seperate pot add vegetable oil and allow to heat, then add chopped garlic, ginger and onions and stir for a while.

Add roughly blended tomatoes, pepper and shombo and stir till dry, season and add prepared stock, allow to heat for 5mins and serve.
