Clean in water udad dal Pooha & Idly rava soak it each seperatly for six hours.Grind udad dal & Pooha make better & mix Idly rawa into it

After grinding keep the better for 6 to 8 hours.

For preparing spicy Idly add chilli 2 tbs, ginger 2 tbs & salt as per taste with adding baking soda 1tsp mix it will in better.

Pour the better into each Idly pouch of Idly plate steam it in Idly vessel for 12 to 15 minutes. Now the Idly is ready to eat.

With Idly required chutney to prepare it coconut half round,roasted beaten Bengal gram 100 GM's 6 chilli, salt As per taste add these all ingredients in mixer & grind it adding water as required.
