Wash all your vegetables with vinegar

Dice each of them into small cubes and set aside

Break the eggs into a small bowl and whisk well

Place a pan on fire and once it's dry, add just about 3 table spoons of oil

Allow the oil to heat for a few seconds and then add the sliced onions, followed by carrots. Fry this for about 1 minute

While frying the onions and carrots, you can add some salt, seasoning cubes and pepper then stir well.

Then add the bell pepper and green peas, curry powder and turmeric and stir well

Finally, pour in the eggs and scramble it into the veggies for about a minute.

Voilà, your scrambled eggs with veggies is ready and can be served with rice or used a bread filling
