Fried plantain and vegetable omellete

Steps

Chop green beans and carrot along side fresh pepper and onions. Add little quantity of vegetable oil into pan add onions stir fry for some seconds.

Pour vegetable oil into pan and set on heat to get hot, peel plantain add sprinkle salt stir and add into hot oil and allow to fry till golden brown.

Add chopped vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes. Break egg from shell into a seperate plate and stir.

Add seasoning to vegetable then add eggs and stir fry for 2 to 3 mins. Dish and serve.
