So one day I was talking to my friend about how I loved eating my yam with dry fish sauce and then he told me about garden egg and explained to me how to go about it in making it. Then I tried it and came out with this #DELTA_STATE

Cut off the garden eggs head and wash then boil till tender and pound in a mota with your fresh pepper

Place a pot of oil on fire, add your diced onion, then your pounded garden eggs and pepper and fry for about 5mins

Add your smoked fish, crayfish, seasoning cubes and salt to taste. Allow to simmer for about 3mins more and your garden egg sauce is ready.

Serve with your boiled yam or rice.
