Chop the veggies and place the fish in the middle of the tray wrapped in tin foil and seasoned with himalayan salt, lemon and parsley in 200°C for 40 minutes

While waiting I chopped fresh chilli, green beans, parsley and lemon and let it rest in balsamic vinagre and coconut oil
