Wash your offals(kayan cikin), add to cooking pot, add little water, seasoning, ginger and onions. Cook until soft. Blend scotch bonnet, onions, pepper, garlic and ginger and set aside

Add oil to pan, fry a bit with onions then add meat and stir fry for 5minutes. Add a little more seasoning, scotch bonnet paste, spices, red bellpepper green bell pepper and onions, soy sauce and stir fry for 5 more minutes. And you're good to go. Enjoy❤️
