Grate or chop gur and keep aside.

Similarly chop dry fruits and keep aside. I used cashew, almonds, walnut, peanuts and raisins. You can use according to your choice.

Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan on medium heat.

Add gur and mix it. Heat it till all the gur gets just melted.

It will leave all the ghee,the whole of ghee will get absorbed after cooling.

As soon as Gur melts completely, add ajwain, saunth, cardamom powder and mix.

Add chopped dry fruits and switch off the flame.

Mix everything well till whole of the ghee gets absorbed and gur just start to solidify.

Pour in a greased thali. Tap thali to spread the mixture.

Let it cool. Once cooled, cut into desired shape and size.enjoy.
