Steps

Boil over night soak chick peas adding a tea bag,

Heat oil in a kadai, put bay leaf, add onion paste and cook until it turns into brownish in colour

Add tomatoes paste and all dry masala's and mix well

Cook until oil separate
- 5
Add chick peas along with water in which they boiled.

Cook for 10 minutes add green coriander, and serve with garma garam puri.
