  2. 3big onions paste
  3. 2tomatoes PASTE
  4. 1 tbspGINGER & Garlic paste
  5. 3-4Green chillys
  6. GINGER cuts into julines
  7. 2 spoonchana masala
  8. 1 tspoonDhaniya powder
  9. 1 tspoonRed chilli powder
  10. 1 tspoonGaram MASALA
  11. to tasteSALT according
  12. 1bay leaf
  13. 2 tbspoil

Steps

30 mints
  1. 1

    Boil over night soak chick peas adding a tea bag,

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a kadai, put bay leaf, add onion paste and cook until it turns into brownish in colour

    Add tomatoes paste and all dry masala's and mix well

    Cook until oil separate

    Add chick peas along with water in which they boiled.

    Cook for 10 minutes add green coriander, and serve with garma garam puri.
