Grated cheez,crushed mixed dry fruits, grated paneer,broccoli chopped boiled potatoes and boiled broccoli

Mix all.together boiled potatoes brocolli with some salt, maida flour,Coriander powder,and cumin powder, crushed mixed dry fruit,And paneer and mix well

Make any shape u like for kofta shallow fry with butter don't deep fry because the koftas are very soft

For making gravy heat pan put 2 tbsp oil and add cashew, tomatoes, onion,turmeric salt

Ginger garlic paste, cumin powder and saute put water and cover the lid to get cooked tomatoes and cashew gets soft and keep for 20 minutes cool down grind to make paste for gravy

Make thick gravy and add the koftas

And garnish with coriander and fresh cream

Serve this hot and yummy kofta curry with jeera rice or chapati
